What is Pink Rain Lily?

Zephyranthes Carinata, commonly known as pink rain lily, is a beautiful add-on to your garden as it will lighten up the atmosphere of your home garden. It has got other names also such as silver orchids and rose-pink lilies. It is a succulent plant that is recommended as an ornamental houseplant. It grows amazingly beautiful pink bell-shaped flowers. Earlier it was more of a houseplant but now people prefer it to be a garden ornament. Pink Rain Lily is more favorable for cooler climatic conditions but can grow preferably well to a height of 3 feet in warmer conditions. Another method of planting it is by taking a stem out from the bunch and planting it separately in your garden. It will soon grow into a cluster. This is its specialty; it keeps growing in numbers with time. They are likely to grow by bulbs. They increase in number as the older one dies.

Make sure to water it regularly and avoid over-watering.  

It does not require fertilizers to grow. So, try to avoid adding fertilizers as they can cause damage to the roots.
